Before you write
Most reports come down to three things: Bluetooth was still connected, the device volume was not at maximum, or silent mode was on. Worth a thirty-second check — the setup steps cover all three.
Reporting a broken mode
Tell us the device, the operating system version, the browser, which mode failed and what you heard instead. That combination is almost always enough to reproduce it.
